It expose me to different ways in which conflict can be solved in an organisation. It also expose causes and sign in which conflicts can be in an organisation and how it can be solved
I thought that this handled the basics of conflict, and the resolution processes required to deal with it, very well. All elements covered although I would have expected the benefits of mediation to be more highlighted. However I think this is of limited use on its own and that this is not an area that can realistically be taught seriously in a 30 minute online presentation. I believe that a face to face course in small groups would be far more effective in making this a message that sticks in people's minds and engages them fully.
