There is a non capital 'i' in the list of things to do during conflict resolution. The training course also assumes that any conflict can be resolved with enough compromise, they must never have met a vicious narcissist. xD Other than that it is very good. ^_^
30 minute course using 20 short clips to explain the principles and techniques useful to resolving inter colleague conflict in the workplace. Good explanation of active listening, importance of body language and need for emotional Intelligence to be combined with Logic
