A well structure course. Easy to understand and very well presented
When I went to this I thought they will actually guarantee me a interview at the civi Service but it was more focused on costumer services booklets .
It was precise and clear. I've seen friends in this situation and doing this course had me reflecting back. I was an outsider looking on and everything in this course I can relate it back to then. Great.
Something that should be taught at the start of a course. Just wish I had better bandwidth.
This training was very useful and made easy to understand. The presenter was clear with his words and the use of images made it quite interesting. I can say I have a better look at how to deal with conflicts now and how to prevent them. Thank you
