The Conflict Resolution Training was very good it was to the point and covered everything that you needed to know. It was also a very good memory jogger for me as i have done this training before and use some of the skills that you explain are the best way to solve situations. It also focused you on skills that you already know and use on a day to day process that are needed to resolve any conflict situation, and what skills to use when and how to deal with each area that may present itself to you in the workplace.
