Really interesting and extremely helpful both for workplace and personal life. I have recently had an unexpected conflict with a close group of friends. Unfortunately none of us handled it well and the outcome has been unsatisfactory and disappointing all round. However, just completing the course has helped me understand things better. I'd like to think that having completed this course I will be able to manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes.
I will reflect on the information and advice offered via this training course, often, both in my personal and work environments.

This course has provided me with up to date information regarding Conflict Resolution. It has given me a better and clearer understanding of how to address conflict should it arise and the necessary tools in which to manage such situations so they are resolved both positively, sensitively and thoughtfully.
