I feel that this is very useful in my working environment . I feel it helps me consider how and why people can respond in ways which they do from time to time . I hope I will be more attentive if such a circumstance should arise in the future .

I found the range of techniques provided throughout very useful and opened my eyes to using different techniques when approaching conflict.

I enjoyed this training. Mostly due to its length. When it goes on too long I lose concentration and find it difficult to follow and remember.

Excellent training

Its a lot different t what i thought or would've done, i think most conflicts at work start from something trivial and escalate quickly if its not resolved, this showed me a completely different way to resolve such disagreements

Interesting insight and advice on dealing with conflict and how best to resolve or avoid.

This course has opened my mind to responding to conflicts whether it's between friends, family or colleagues in a very strategic way. If and when I find myself in a conflict I now know and understand how to effectively resolve the issue.

This is the first conflict resolution course I did, however it helped me to improve my existing skills , for example looking at others point of view even if I was angry or defensive , never say a word that you can't take back, so I was happy to improve on those skills , and I wrote few notes for future reference.
