Good course for understanding the best ways to resolve conflicts and reasons why we find ourselves in conflict.
I found the course useful and informative but very focused on neurotypical behaviour, particularly "Positive body language" section. Neurodiverse staff will find it difficult, draining or impossible to exhibit such behaviour and the training should reflect that.

I found the course excellent. Very informative, extremely well produced, and presented. The course was split into bite size chunks which enabled the attendee to take it at their pace.
This educates well on the techniques to use in conflict in the workplace. Very practical examples and guidance.
