Informative and easy to follow
To many slides (30min in total) to much information to take in in such a short space of time
I was told to do this course from release potential and i was very worried, didn’t know how I felt about it also did think to myself o don’t need to this course. As i logged it and started to watch the videos and read the slides I was very surprised to see how much I was learning and how to deal with conflict and situations which I wouldn’t ever do . The course was very easy to access and very easy to do and at the end was a easy assessment to do to see how much you understood the course. Did gain a certificate and happy to say i passed.
