I found this Training very useful in solving conflicts and differences in a work environment. It was very informative although so questions in the test, were rather tricky as I added the incorrect answer to 3 of them. However I like the clear style of the video and production layout and the short videos which made the Training less demanding to study.

An easy to follow course with a lot to learn. The course teaches how to deal with conflict and has helped me to understand and learn a few techniques when dealing with techniques. Its a very useful course and will deffinitely give you ideas and ways to deal with both proffesional and personal conflicts. Thank you
