Good listening on how to deal with conflicts

Overall, the training was good and covered standard conflict resolution strategies which can be used in all aspects of everyday life.However, it would be useful to include training with regard to identifying levels of potential aggressive behaviour when a conflict situation becomes more serious, i.e. identifying signs of frustration through to physical violence and the best action to take. This is useful to know in case we are faced with such a situation.
