I really appreciate the information I have learnt in resolving conflicts. Working together as a team in any organisation involves expecting the unexpected to happen, when conflicts occur, be positive in resolving it.
I would recommend this course to any organizations and their stuffs.
I found this a useful course which has given me some tools to help me with any conflict
I have had lots of training around this subject as I was a foster carer. It is always good to recap and have reminders of good practice .
