Very good explanation of the course content and multiple questions well laid
A great course, broken down into sizeable chunks, to the point without too much information but still covered the points that needed to be made, the information being shared and displayed was easy to read and understand.
Really good course, highlighting the importance of good communication and the ability to listen and understand the other persons point of view. It also highlighted not sitting on things to prevent small things escalating.
Would defiantly be of benefit to those whom have not been exposed to the subject previously.

It has been a while since having done some conflict management training so it was a nice simple refresher which didn't take too long to complete

I find this course very confusing there so much different things to know, open question closed question etc unless you work in that environmen all the time you wont know alot of this.
