Good to learn different ways.
This was informative, using subtitles and being able to pause the video was a benefit, when working around daily duties. I think the option to re-sit would be advantageous. The question portion advising to revisit portions of the video is a great idea. I personally had exited out of the test whilst trying to navigate in error, then couldn't get back onto the 'Test'
the conflict resolution training was brilliant as i learned mew things that i never knew before i would recommend it to other people taking the training survey
