This was a very well-delivered course which dealt with many issues and gave me some good advice and tips.

I found this training quite informative and interesting
The course is apt and so practical to adopt. It is an inevitable course everyone needs in a day to day dealing within an organisation internal and external environment.
Yes, a very good and informative course with excellent tools for use on conflict resolution.
In a office environment with managers present and other staff it all looks so simple but in the real world out on the road for example people act different one thing you failed to discuss was "temper "once that other person has lost their temper its a completely different situation all they want to do is hurt you thats their main objective and all the talking and thinking about what their going through is not going to make a scrap of difference
