The course was very informative, it had a lot of interesting information and was well scripted. It he person delivering the message was very clear. I feel that they could be a written script so we can always read some of the information in more time. Over all it was very easy to use and helpful course, from the layout and the delivery was on point. No faults

It wasn't anything i didn't know really, it would have been more useful to mention Non-Violent Communication.
The course was really helpful to show how and how to understand how to deal with conflict in a positive manner it was appreciated I enjoyed the course I give the course 10
I enjoyed doing this course. It's something that maybe everybody needs to do. So we can all learn how to deal with each other and be able to communicate with each other better. In the work place especially, but also in life in general. Thank you. Best of luck.
