A very helpful course that will lead to a reduction in workplace incidents. Highly recommend this course to all staff.
The course helps to give reasons as to how easily one can resolve conflict. I was happy with how this knowledge has given me a wider understanding of defusing situations, where a more positive approach can be used instead of a negative outcome.
It has made me ponder and think about past situations and had I had training although fairly basic, I would handle those situations in a different way. I would certainly take a step back and think hard before acting.
