Carrying out the course has made me aware that the need to have open and frequent communication with others is a positive approach. If things are not addressed timeously, this can easily lead to possible mental health issues and self doubt. By be able to speak openly and supportively, this can prevent these and other issues arising. I enjoyed the course contents and it helped me be more aware of the need to listen , before talking.

The Conflict Resolution course was very clear and concise in its delivery with engaging videos that explain each topic clearly. The presenter had great communications skills and the summary of each topic was very useful. The test helped to reinforce the learning and the certificate was a bonus.Thanks

This is the 3rd time I have taken this course. I find it very helpful. Emotional intelligence helping us to resolve conflict! Who would have thought it? This is revolutionary stuff. Thank you for finding a simple antidote to this millennia-long ruinous conundrum. I highly recommend this 30-minute course to anyone, especially, to those who want to be effective leaders.
