This was a really good course, which outlined Conflict Resolution in an easy, understandable language, addressing all the important factors.

Course was concise giving exactly the information needed without embellishment

Lots of great information on how it deal with conflict,

Found it interesting on how you know the answers but the way it asks you the questions really makes you think before you answer

Good course but kept freezing and had to go back a few times

It would be good to see the examples in action so perhaps having actors show how they would use the techniques.
