This would have been very helpful years ago. Now 70 and a school governor, I can appreciate its value for others. I wonder if the course might be improved by mention of the concepts of 'apology' and 'forgiveness'. Also, some conflicts (e.g. with aggressively uncompromising people threatening violence) cannot safely be managed face to face, and so the notion of 'organised retreat' might come into play. In the long term this might even mean seeking new employment or (domestically) marital separation/divorce. Thank you.
I found the course to be very informative and gave a good impression and realistic commentary (Advice) on how best to handle the situation if faced with a conflict.

Straight forward and easy to understand videos. The videos were clear and concise, with additional support material relevant to the topic.
Technical problems with this training - the question I answered incorrectly I think there was a fault - there was a problem when I selected this answer- it stated there was an error when I tried to click on it -twice - then eventually it coloured red but common sense tells me the answer was right. I am also having difficulty in download the certificate.
Overall very useful.Particularly stressing the importance of empathy and understanding also compromise.
