I found the evolving drawings distracting.
I Found this course useful as a refresher as i pretty much already had a good understanding in all aspects of conflict resolution but it was good to be reminded of the techniques. Thank you!
I found this course really interesting, which is always beneficial when trying to absorb information. However, it was very well presented anyway. It was given in small, manageable portions. I like how it was presented so that i could stop and start again easily... this is always useful for someone who may be multi-tasking.
