I have had unresolved conflict in both my personal and professional life in the past. Doing the course today meant that I could acknowledge and deal with the first situation and has made me wonder how I might acknowledge and deal with the second one. It was a very-thought provoking half hour or so and as thus has been helpful in dealing with the past. Hopefully, I will have learnt something to prevent me doing the same in other circumstances.

An informative and clear awareness course about resolving and managing conflict. The presenter is easy to listen to and clear, overall very good.
