Good course for reflection

A good course to refresh yourself on how to resolve conflict with both colleagues and service users with the use of listening skills and body language. In a busy work environment it is easy to get caught up in your own issues for quick resolutions to a problem, and not be aware of how you may present to others in the long term. Although, I could not get the sound to work on this course which may have been more beneficial, I was able to complete it with the subtitles.

Drawings are distracting

The drawings are distracting from the words that are being taught. It makes the video seem too "busy" and I feel are unnecessary.
