It is applicable in all areas of life, using resolutions to solve problems and use it also as self-reflection and opportunity to develop.
I wish everyone could watch this - it would help society in many different ways in all communications. Clear presentation and logical steps that make you think about your own conflicts and give you ideas about how you could help address them. It helps remind you of easy ways you can address issues at work and at home.
