An easy going short course. Pitch perfect at both tone and content. Small bite size chapters that flow and punctuate.

Very interesting course. Hints and tips which would come in useful not only at work but whenever there’s conflict - like a family argument or making a complaint about poor service you received.

Learnt quite a few new methods & techniques to diffuse conflicts in a work place scenario. Enjoyed it.

I thought that the summary of the main points after each section, and the summary of the main points of the next section just before the start of a new section was very useful for consolidation purposes. I liked the explanations of points to learn provided by the narrator, as well as the use of actors and animations to illustrate important points. The fact that the videos can be re-watched as much as possible, and the tests can be taken as many time as the trainee wants helps the trainee’s learning a lot. The only recommendation I would make is that there could be a series of questions at the end of each section to test a trainee’s understanding of that section before the final test at the end. That for me would give a five-star-rating, rather than a 4.5 rating.

This course was very good but I feel I needed a bit more and I would like to do it again if I can.

Brilliant course . I like the short videos , easy to focus on a subject at a time . Information presented very clearly .
