This course was ok.

easy to understand contents also just about the right length of time

Good training but only awarded 4 stars due to the fact I had no sound. Would have preferred this but didn't know how to rectify it.

This course gives a series of tools for different levels of conflicts which is very useful. The layout is very clear so it is easy to memorise the information.

This was so informative ..I was so shocked at 51 to have learnt a few things i didn't already know ! I found the whole layout process of this course amazing clear and precise without going on and on . Which is good as too much info at once can help you to forget! I was so worried I failed when I got 2 wrong more dissapointed as I thought I listened thoroughly .but I got other questions right ..Great course honestly no negatives or room to improve as even if I failed it is perfectly executed ! .never to old to learn ..

I enjoyed this subject as I find it the most useful, I find dealing with mine or other people's emotions an extremely important skill. Also beneficial to improve your emotional understanding or empathy whilst reflecting on your own actions.

Found the presenter very good on this course. Very informative and easy to listen to. All explained in simple detail and not too complex
