I thought the course content was useful to use in both my work and personal life.
Easy to access on line and use.
Really valuable training for anybody - general everyday issues of conflict or disagreement happen to everybody and feel this just highlighted things to be aware of when things with another person is a bit challenging at times

Interesting course
I know how to handle conflict situations, so it was a refresher really. Good for someone who has not dealt with awkward situations. Finding to common ground and compromise its a life skill surely.
