This course is great for those of us that may judge too much. It makes you look at yourself as a third person and realize that with all the conflict that goes on in the workplace, if faced with a degree of negativity it can and should be sorted out in a way that makes both parties leave with a positive outcome. As I have told my children, you spend a third of your day at work, so you have to be happy with the what you achieve. But ultimately, it is the people you work with that makes for a contented human being and enjoying a wonderful day!

A positive and interesting training course.
The course opened my mind to how to resolve conflict not only at work but also in relationships. Presentation was short but laden with knowledge.
I think the techniques can be used, they are easy to remember. I enjoyed listening to this course.
