Excellent course

The material was excellent, and the presentation was effective. I liked the mix of graphics and the presenter's explanations. I could relate to the scenarios that were used, and these were able to support the material. I thought the presenter was terrific. This is the best course on Conflict Resolution that I have ever come across.

It was easy to complete

The form and associated email were set-out clearly with informative and helpful instructions. I encountered no issues or problems, and I was able to submit my form in a matter of minutes. It is a good service.

I enjoyed this module

It's easy to say, with hindsight, that the module is basic common sense, the application of normal standards of decency towards other humans but it is so easy to become locked into a defensive posture. It's helpful to have this approach to break out of the spiral and find a solution that is good for all concerned.

Great learning

The open question communication technique by using how, what or why will be of great help to me.
