Easy to follow, easy to understand
Again Communication is key and having emotional intelligence a definite bonus. Being able to 'read' people and their emotions sensitively is critical, although it can be hard to include emotional analysis, when a solution seems so logical, to you! I have a challenge of not interrupting, when I see someone getting more and more upset during their delivery. (Some people will amplify to justify and refuse to back track) It's definitely one to reflect on and a development area for me.
