I enjoyed the training and it gave some insights to improve your own emotional intelligence.

Simple as that, rational decision making doesn't work in tandem with overt emotion.

Great course

The course is great, it goes into a good amount of detail so you can learn the basics of what is required. My issue is that what ever you click first becomes your given answer, there is no option to "submit" after choosing an answer meaning it is very easy to miss click or put an incorrect answer, even if you know what the correct one should be.

This tool puts complicated ideas in an easy to use way.

Helpful to tackle conflict within the workplace and outside the workplace. Makes you reflect on how you could have handled past conflicts better.

Conflict resolution is good course for refresh or act towards others regardless we are in working field or not necessary to use right Behaviour which people forget easily.

I found this training very useful as it is comes within reality in a common daily life.

A straight forward course to make you understand conflict resolution.
