Krystal clear training
This was a very obvious , very basic intro to confidence building with some useful tips - not all the examples are useful however ( I would question anyone who said they used a traffic jam to reflect on their achievements !)
I learned something new which will help me in and out of work

She was very clear what she said and it was easy to understand. I do find it hard to take in things straight away, so for me I've had to rewind and play it back again
