Mini course but full of great advice and reminders to improve ones confidence, I especially like the information on growth mindsets, and trusting ones self to take risks.
It was great listening to a presentation that was not patronising but informative.
I enjoyed this short course and I am sure it will help me build my self confidence as well as self completance.
