It wasn't very in depth! Probably better suited to someone who had never completed employee appraisals before. Rather than give more knowledge, practical support to those already doing them.

Very good course with some good advice and pointers. I felt the questions at the end could have been better however and would have been better to have had a presentation in addition to the notes. Ideally this course would have role play example of an appraisal in progress
Good summary of key points but all text so may not suit all learning styles.
it was nice taking positives from the course, i can now evaluate what i can improve at and what i am already doing well.
I found the course to be very useful and have a better understanding on how to conduct a Performance Review. I am more confident in what is expected of me as a Manager.
