It has been a wonderful experience for me to take part in this training course, in which I have learned so many important things about communication skills. It was helpful and I hope it will be beneficial for others too.

there are a number of points that i will be taking away with me. the active listening is a really good point. Its really important that people know you are listening. Also another point that wasn't mentioned is about cutting across people. Its really important that people finish their conservation as the most important words in a statement are usually the last 5-6 words and if you cut across them then you lose the message!
