This course is not my preferred learning style - as in someone talking throughout, with a separate transcript to read.
This gave a good starting point and provided some useful techniques for helping people to communicate more effectively even when the conversation might be difficult.
I learned a lot in this one and feel more confident.
Easy to follow & understand, not too time consuming & highlights the relevant points necessary for productive communication. Overall a good refresher for other similar courses I have followed previously.
I found it easy to listen to ,it kept my attention all the way through.
This course is very helpful as I have massive communication issues.
Short enough to keep attention and long enough to give good information
A lot of obvious points but are not used by me day to day which i would imagine would make how i communicate with other people much easier
