Whilst it probably does what is needed in handling aspects of communicatuion in a quick and easy manner, the lack of active participation means that it is easy to disconnect mentally. For a communication course this seems ironic, but I do feel that, difficult as it may be with an online course accepted, there needs to be a better way to engage with participants.
Great course very informative, great information. I enjoyed the online course and hope to use the information effectively moving forward.
