Covered most aspects of communication and gave good explanations of theory.

The presentation was clear and well delivered. even if you think you are a good communicator this is useful to brush up on your skills.
Well presented, simple to follow, concise and informative. Twelve enjoyable minutes that I'd recommend for newbies and people nearing the end of their career (like me). Reminded me to practise my active listening!!
