As above - the content was good and the presentation was good. Everything was simply explained and easy to follow. The choice of language used was good and the introduction of examples such as the superhero was good. No issues.
I liked the easy way the different type of communication was explained and the simple exercises given to enable you to practice the skill.
It is pleasure taking this training as it helps me to improve my communication skills in both social life and work environment.

As a late diagnosed autistic, I'm reassured to see the acknowledgement that some people are unable to follow the 'by the book' social cues, e.g., eye contact. Excellent additional resources as well.
