Informative easy to follow course and not to long.
Something I didn’t know before, but good to learning
This is a quick and easy to digest intro to Comms - it covers the very basic information some of which I knew already such as the various forms of Communication - and Active Listening etc . It tells and shows but at 12 minutes I wouldnt really describe this as training per se - its a gentle intro to the complex world of Comms - and does not include any practice etc . The downloadable extras are really useful for further learning .
