There was not enough detail on how to comply when running smaller projects. Who's the PD when you are repairing a roof? Who's the PC when you have a small job but no trade is on site for the duration of the job. etc etc etc. For me if you are going to run larger jobs then you should do a CDM qualification of some sorts. But for those of us that now need to comply with CDM even if we are having something serviced or repaired by a single contactor could have done with how to deal with these situations and a couple of case studies.How ever I did learn a few things for the course.
Course was well delivered but based very much around non-waste management facility construction. But if the principles around the CDM regs apply across all areas, it doesn't matter.

Fantastic delivery by the host, she was really good at getting the information across, also the grapics and examples used massivly increased my understanding as I am more of a visual learner. Fantastic course!
