As a disabled person I found the course fully accessible and I felt I could take my time in watching the videos more than once. This is the first time I have don an online training course so I wasn't sure how I would get on but as a severely disabled person with Cerebral Palsy, I got on with the videos and the multi-choice questions were so useful and helped me answer questions. I thought it was a fantastic training tool.

Clear and an appropriate length
The course was clearly worded and easily understood, however it might benefit from some examples using fictitious people to make the various types more memorable.
The questions posed throughout the clips are poorly placed and detract from the learning
The focus should be on the final test, rather than inserting questions throughout the clips which in some cases precede the necessary information to be able to answer them. The final test questions are repetitive and fail to recap the majority of topics covered in the training clips.
