Extremely interesting course with excellent examples
I found this to be an extremely interesting course with excellent examples provided, covering varied situations. I had not realised how many variations there could be that could be construed as incorrect actions, and it was good to understand the various means of resolve available.

Never came across bulling in 40 years on building sites
Clarified the subtle differences between Bullying and Harassment and the different forms of each.
You think you know about bullying and harrassment but, whilst neither is in any way acceptable, the subtle differences between the two are important and should be recognized by all, employer and employees. I really liked the Workplace Act and Upward Bullying was new to me and somehow something that I hadn't considered. Quite incredible now I think back to my role as Headteacher, the first female Head of my particular school, probably employed to fail but didn't fail and then was bullied by Governors. What an interesting world we live in!
