Good content very simplified and informative and video content was good !
I found this really good and their was alot of really good information given
Whilst a very short training course, it covered off the main areas when it comes to B&H in a very succinct and clear way. Rather than death by PP I did like the mix of using a trainer / actors / and providing the key elements at the end of each section.
The training was insightful and explained the differences between Bullying & Harassment. If someone was new to Hr & Admin work, this would be very helpful for them.

I found the training concise but effective. The information was clearly provided and there is plenty of opportunity to replay each section. Although I was able to complete the session in one go there is the facility to dip in and out to fit in with your workload.

Very interesting course; even though I thought I knew a lot about the subject I actually learned a couple of new things, the law evolves all the time so this was a great opportunity to catch up with it.
Makes me more aware of behaviours in the workplace and what to look out for
