This was a very good course on a very important topic. Easy to follow and clarifies a few potentially grey areas when it comes to understanding the difference between strong management, bullying and harassment.

Works for all types of learners, some as an employee you don't need the full information on . 9/10 the bullying is done by a Manager therefore more could have been explained on the assistance there
I did want to do this, but i was told i had to do this. I think this was a waste of my time . H R should know all about B and H. Any problems with bullying or harassment, then i would call on H R.
Tricky to revie one section and return to the end quiz. I ended up doing a full 20 questions (which were different) when I'd already completed 70% of the test first time around!!
Really good! Very clear and concise. Certainly makes you think. It also mkes you aware of the things you should be aware of. Bravo!
