Very easy to follow which makes learning easier.
Again the course was very well presented and clearly explained all the main points. The course make us think about how they should treat everybody. I awarded this course 5 stars, but i rate it 10 out of 10. Best wishes, Kind regards Steve, Thinktank, Birmingham Museums.
The training was fine but the quiz at the end is faulty - it registered my clicks on the opposite answers to what I selected and then froze on one of the questions. When I refreshed the page, the wrong answer was selected. Only raising it because I should have scored 20/20, which I was quite proud of 😊
