A few questions were a bit tricky and it is not easy to get it right during the office hour.

Being awful to someone about the weight is harassment not bullying. Imagine getting told you're too fat for a job that's discrimination not bullying. That's an awful thing to have in your test.

I have always hated bullying and am shocked how much it still goes on today, i think the course is a good idea because in the workplace it can be a problem which can lead to problems also depression and or suicide so for me if i can learn to identify bullying before it gets too far im on board all the way.

Good overview between Bullying and Harassment in the workplace, it tackles a lot of issues in the training course and gives practical suggestions on how to deal with them. I think it is an excellent way to highlight a company's 'Bullying and Harrassment Policy' and I particularly liked the idea of a 'Workplace Pact'.
It was a useful course. Short but to the point!
