This course was reassuring for me. I have had concerns about some managerial decisions and the way employees have been spoken to recently. This has confirmed to me that my hunch was correct and certain individuals have been bullied and harassed, some even dismissed! Now i know i have backing from my Directors and company owners, i feel empowered to make a stand against this kind of behaviour and speak up when i see it happen.

I found this course very good. It explained the difference between bullying and harassment very well and the way the course was presented was engaging and clear.
