I feel that the Bullying and Harassment Training course had a lot of information to take in in one hit and I feel it would be better if broken down into smaller training courses giving you the individual time to take in and retain each specific area, maybe 1 training course on Bullying and Harassment and then another on Victimisation and Discrimination and possibly then a third one to explain the steps to take if you find yourself in any of the situations.

A good introduction to what and how workplace bullying/harrassment is and the effects it has on on others. Clear definition of terms and what to do if you encounter or observe the behaviours in your own workspace.
