Some questions was tricky
It is be useful for my job and work and common knowledge
good course, but some of the information about tribunals and processes is out of date e.g. BBC website is from 2017, and disciplinary/grievance procedures outdated.

I have a history of bullying in the workplace and it went for many years and I just kept it quite because I was afraid of what it would do to me. It did get exposed at the end of the day, which is what I didn't want, but repercussions did occur to the people involved.
Easy to follow, concise abs informative.
Loved this course would like to take some more if they are available
