It was very good. I learnt so many new things. I wish my previous organisations (and infact all the organisations) should have this training for their employees so it becomes clearer to them what all constitutes bullying and how they can contribute to creating a safe workplace.

In general the course was very good. I found the definitions between e.g. indirect / direct / bullying / harrassment, a little hard to distinguish. Other than that, a good and helpful training course.
